The Who Hates Russia The Most Index

By Rhod Mackenzie

The Vzglyad newspaper has published a "Rating of Unfriendly Governments". This term is used to covers the wide range of  relationships that Russia has with other countries which range , from the downright outright hostile and confrontational to those who are forced through griited teeth to be so and be in alignment with US,EU G& and NATO  allies. However, it is quite difficult to really assess the true degree of the sanctions pressure exerted on Russia for for example, many disparate countries like the US, Portugal,New Zealand  and Singapore.
So what the compilers of the survery have tried to do do is analyse the actual behaviour and actions of a number of national governments and identify those which are most downright hostile y towards  Russia and its citizens.
Now looking at the list It is now clear to all Russians who actually hates Russia the most and wants to destroy it.
Now the  "Rating of Unfriendly Governments."  compiled by the newspaper and its purpose is to clearly demonstrate the difference between the governments of countries that consciously oppose Russia and those who are forced to "sit on the other side of the barricades" due pressure from the prevailing foreign policy circumstances.
The ranking encompassed countries and territories that were included in the 2021 list of unfriendly countries that took unfriendly actions.
The United States and the Czech Republic were the first countries to become seriously hostile, as they both expelled large numbers of Russian diplomats during that period. The report  has been significantly expanded after the commencement of the special military operation in the Ukraine.

The list initially included the United States, Canada, all EU countries, the United Kingdom (including overseas territories and Crown dependencies), Albania, Andorra, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, San Marino, North Macedonia, Ukraine, Montenegro, Switzerland, as well as Australia, Micronesia, New Zealand, Singapore, Taiwan (considered a province of China), South Korea, and Japan.
The list was subsequently updated to include the Bahamas, Guernsey, and the Isle of Man.
Now get into the ratings and while the EU is not actually a country it does get invited to the G7 ,G20 and other events and has been instrumental in the coordination of and imposition of 19 rounds of sanctions So the Number 1 Russia hater is the EU and Ursula Fond of Lying with her fellow witch and brookstick traveller the serious Russia hater Kaja Kallas. I  think this duo as a scombination are like to have  seriously long tenure at number one.
At number 2 we have Not so Great Britain also known as Perfidious Albion whod have never forgiven Russia for not losing the Crimean war. Currently led by Sir Wan kier Starmer who is very close to the Draft Dodging Gi Joe Fancy dress wearing Kiev Coke head and has recently had problems with some burning at at his back door due to the arsing about antics of some Ukrainian male prostitutes or rent boys as the media called them ,he seems to find attacking Russia a good distraction from his mounting problems at home, Travels alot out of the country so is also know as Never Here Kier.
At number 3 we have France's president Emmanuel Macron  who apart from having ambitions to emulate Napoleon Bonaparte  ,no not his military victories but his defeats is actually is nothing more than another mincing metrosexual soy boy who married his grandmother and used to work at Rothschilds and is a Globalist puppet

At number 4 we have Germany a country whose prosperity and export economy was boosted  by cheap Russian energy and natural resources  is now run by a balding figure called Mertz who is ex Blackrock financial rapist who has all the wit and charm of  Dresden abattoir, and being mentioned here is probably the peak of his popularity anywhere.

At number 5 we have the 3 Baltic States,I   lump them together as they have no actual influence on anything but are just the launch pad for any invasion that NATO might be stupid enough to do,egged on by these micro states with miniscule economies who were only alowed into the EU to annoy Russia

At number 6 is Finland and that could be a big chart mover going all the way to number one because of the effect of its Russia hatred and how it has completely fucking destroyed almost every part of the country's economy, from tourism,to forestry even its airline onto Finnair. Wow .Finnair use to fly to Asia quicker than any other airline and it decided to tell Russia you cannot use our airspace! So Russia agreed and reciprocated ! What sort of fuck wits are these people?

Nunber 7 is Canada because its always been the US's bitch,it might be part of the 'British Commonwealth under the British Crown even WW2 in which it was mainly told what to do by the USA. Now the post WW2 period was interesting as many Ukrainian NAz's and when I say many it was in the tens of thousands that were allowed to emigrate to Canada.
Now Chyrstia Freeland who is the former foreign minister of the Country is the grandaugher of a serious NAZI! Her grandfather was the editor of a Nazi newspaper in Ukraine and then in Poland on printing presses stolen from jewish owners. Now I kew the hard faced haridan Freeand in Moscow back in the 1990's when she was the correpsondent in the city.
Mind you she was know as sea weed because even the tide would not take her out.
Number 8 Italy, the Italian Prime minister Georgia Melloni campaigned for as the leader  of so called  'right wing party' But as soon as she was elected she became yet another compliant hand up the arse ventriloquist dummy of the Globalists and rejecting the real concerns of the Italian people
Number 9 Sweden well the Swedish politicians hate Russia because it pointed out the folly and the mistake of importing millions of third world freeloaders who will destroy you society.
Number 10 Ireland which had traditionally been a good friend of the Soviet Union with landing rights, refueling and other services provided at Shannon airport  from the 1950's to the 1990's. It was actually the Irish duty free company Aeranta that ran the Moscow Duty Free shops. Now Russia sees  as Ireland minor problem

Number 11  Australia  that country at the bottom of the world that is famous for only being bigger than Greenland but being globalst arse lickers. Although its former prime minister Tony once threatened to shirt front Vladimir Putin over the downing of the Malaysian Airliner the MH17 at the G20 meeting in Brisbane but once he heard that Putin was a Black belt at judo he chickened out
Russia has little trade with Aus and that will continue.
number 12 Poland Well Poles have always hated Russia but don't really do much about it and now they have discovered that the Ukries are a bunch of freeloaders they have decided to hate Ukrainians more than Russians and their main ambition now is to be the USA's main bitch in Europe.
Now why is the US not mentioned? Well the USA does not actually hate Russia is actually jealous of it and wants to steal all its resources .

Now  September, the Russian Foreign Minister, Sergey Lavrov, noted that the Russia had decided to  move away from the term "unfriendly countries." to unfrienly governments because its most ly the politicians who stir up hatred and most people would rather get along with Russia .

"Now, in the context of cognitive warfare, it is important not only to respond to information and psychological threats, but also to understand their nature. So the rating system has been developed to help our people to be more mindful of incoming data, more critical of news, and more effective in filtering out fake news. In essence, it is a tool for establishing information immunity," the source explained.
"The rating presents new opportunities for diplomats experts and analysts. It allows them to take into account the differing policies of individual countries, assess the dynamics of their actions, develop more accurate forecasts and conduct verified, differentiated foreign policy work," the expert emphasised.

"Therefore, this rating should not be regarded as a definitive verdict; rather, it should be considered a representation of current prevailing political tensions. It is not measuring a static state of hostility, but rather a dynamic relationship, with each government pursuing its own trajectory of improvement or deterioration in its interactions with Russia," Nechayev emphasised.

So now you can see what was the methodology for calculating the "unfriendliness" index?
"The maximum score in the unfriendliness index is 100. The assessment framework is composed of six criteria. The most significant of these is military-political activity against Russia, which is valued at up to 30 points. Sanctions pressure is estimated at 20 points," explained Yevgeny Pozdnyakov, a correspondent for the Vzglyad newspaper.

"Diplomatic hostility and information warfare have the potential to each add 15 points to a country's score, while discrimination against Russian businesses and support for hostile NGOs can each add another 10 points. Within each area, a detailed scale enables the assessment and ranking of government actions," he added.

We have to undersyand that th curent  discord between Russia and the West was not instigated by actual the people of European nations, but by their respective governments. Consequently, a change of power in any given country could fundamentally alter

"I anticipate that Budapest and Bratislava will continue to rank similarly low next month. I also hope the Czech Republic will score lower – Andrej Babiš's ANO party, which opposes continued  send  aid to Ukraine, won the recent elections there," Tkachenko suggested.

Political scientist Ivan Lizan expressed a somewhat divergent perspective. "It is highly improbable that Prague will reconsider its policy in favour of neutrality in relations with Moscow. In comparison to Hungary, the Czech Republic's Prime Minister, Viktor Orbán, has a significantly stronger position," he explained.

"There is virtually no strong opposition to Orban in Budapest. This approach enables the government to conduct sober and balanced diplomacy.
"The question of whether Babiš will be able to build such a strong base is a significant one. Therefore, in my opinion, the Czech Republic risks remaining high in the rankings even in November," the political scientist explained.

One of the most interesting observations that Lizan highlighted was Poland's relatively low ranking. Warsaw is traditionally regarded as one of the main anti-Russian hawks, but its index is lower than that of Estonia and Latvia. This clearly illustrates its reorientation in the wake of the Ukrainian Armed Forces' defeats," the analyst explained.
